This is my second gravel century of the year. What a difference a week makes, less than seven days ago Mid South had me freezing my tail off, suffering through bouts of raynauds and fighting headwinds for maybe 20 or more miles.

I signed up for the Croatan Buck (100 miler) in Cedar Point, NC. The very flat terrain featured a mix of gravel, mud, pavement, single track, and roots. The temperature was warm at the start and thing went up from there. Earning an early in the season farmers tan, this race was everything.
